This is an immersive day long journey for women who are ready to come home to their bodies. To feel deeply, to breathe fully, and to trust the wisdom that lives within. Together, we’ll move, breathe, create, and remember through the medicine of the 4-D Wheel, somatic breath-work, and ritual.

What to expect?
This is a gently structured yet deeply intuitive day of practice, ritual, and creation.
You’ll be guided through:
- Somatic breath-work and chakra integration.
- The 4-D Wheel process to align mind, body, heart, and spirit.
- A guided inner journey to meet your sacred feminine.
- Time to reflect, move, and create goddess art.
- Closing circle and integration ritual.
Meet Patricia Gardner
Licensed Massage Therapist – Somatic Breath-work Practitioner
Patricia will co-facilitate alongside Skylar. Guiding participants through somatic breath-work to awaken the chakras, release energetic blockages, and restore connection to authentic self.
Patricia is a gifted bodyworker and breath guide devoted to helping women reconnect with the innate wisdom of their bodies. Through her work with Somatic Breath-work, she supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and the awakening of embodied vitality.
What to Bring
- Two small objects:
- One that represents something you wish to release – what you are ready to shed, transform, or let go of.
- One that represents what you wish to invite more of – what you long to embody, experience, or receive.
(These will be placed within the sacred 4-D Wheel during our opening ritual.)
- A journal and pen
- Comfortable clothes you can move and create in
- A water bottle and packed lunch
- Your open heart and curiosity
