— My approach

Healing Through Pleasure, Power, and Play

With over ten years of experience in therapy, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients—children, teens, adults, couples, and families.

Throughout this journey, I’ve found that true healing goes beyond just processing pain; it’s about reclaiming the joy, pleasure, and fun that can sometimes feel out of reach.

My approach is centered on helping individuals reconnect with their raw, untamed desires, embrace their pleasure, and reclaim their personal power.

Therapeutic Modalities I Use

Somatic Attachment: Explore the profound connection between your body and emotions. Through body awareness, we work to heal attachment wounds and regulate your nervous system, fostering a grounded and embodied sense of self. The body holds so much, often storing trauma, memories, and pain that we may not be consciously aware of. This approach allows us to release these stored emotions and facilitate deep healing, helping you reconnect with your authentic self.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)– Discover a path to greater self-acceptance and inner peace by working with the different parts of yourself that hold emotional pain, fears, or conflicting beliefs. IFS fosters harmony within, promoting healing at the core.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) – Delve into the emotional dynamics of your relationship. Through EFT, we explore the emotional needs driving your actions and reactions, strengthening your emotional bond and creating a safe space for greater vulnerability and connection.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)– Experience rapid healing through ART, where we resolve painful memories and emotional patterns—often in just a few sessions. This approach helps you reprocess distressing experiences, freeing you from their emotional grip.

The 4-D Wheel– Dr. Gina Ogden created this holistic tool based off the Patchakuti Mesa tradition. It helps you gain clarity on various aspects of your life, through healing mind, body, heart, and spirit.

Reclaiming the Fullness of Who You Are

This approach is about helping you uncover the fullness of who you are—your desires, passions, and capacity for deep, embodied pleasure. True healing, for me, isn’t just about addressing past wounds; it’s about creating space to dream, to desire, and to experience pleasure as a vital, restorative part of your well-being.

Healing That Honors Your Joy, Pleasure, and Freedom

My work is dedicated to helping you reclaim your birthright of joy, pleasure, and freedom. I honor both your struggles and your untapped potential to experience deep, embodied satisfaction. Together, we’ll work toward healing that not only addresses past wounds but also opens you to the fullness of life.

A Compassionate, Embodied Path Toward Liberation

I am here to help you reconnect with your desires, cultivate deep pleasure, and walk with you on your path to liberation. Whether your journey is intellectual, instinctual, or somewhere in between, I offer a compassionate, embodied, and liberatory space for your healing and growth.

Integrating Intellect and Instinct

I am deeply committed to guiding you toward liberation, where your intellect and instinct harmonize, and where your embodied, soulful self is honored. By blending thoughtful, decolonizing, trauma-informed, and liberatory practices with an untamed, instinctual energy, I help you tap into the deep wisdom within you.

Healing and growth, for me, are inseparable from the reclamation of pleasure and the freedom to live authentically. This is why my approach is both intellectual and visceral—creating space for you to rediscover your true desires, express them freely, and reconnect with your innate power, free from shame or limitation.
